Essential Anesthesia Management is seeking a CRNA to join our service-focused anesthesia team at CHRISTUS Santa Rosa Hospital in San Marcos, TX . Work alongside a seasoned group of 9 CRNAs and 2 MDs at a community hospital that offers a wide scope of care—just under an hour from both Austin and San Antonio.

Position Highlights:

$285,000 W2

11 weeks off per year + post-call days

Cases: General Surgery, Orthopedic, Endo/GI, OB/GYN

Call is 1:9, post-call off, and two 24-hour OB shifts per month.

OB deliveries average <75/month

CRNAs cover 5 sites of service daily

Collaborative team with strong autonomy and mutual support

Qualifications:

Board Certified CRNA

Regional anesthesia proficiency preferred, but we’re happy to train
