Heidelberg Materials NE LLC is seeking a skilled Crusher Plant Operator to oversee the safe and efficient operation of our crushing equipment, ensuring the production of aggregate materials meets quality and production targets.

• Responsibilities:**
• * Operate and monitor all crushing plant machinery, including crushers, screens, conveyors, and related equipment.
• * Conduct pre-operation checks, routine inspections, and basic maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance and identify potential issues.
• * Adjust crusher settings and screen sizes to achieve desired material specifications and production rates.
• * Load and unload materials using heavy equipment such as excavators or loaders as needed.
• * Monitor aggregate stockpiles and coordinate material flow to maintain continuous operation.
• * Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
• * Maintain accurate production logs, maintenance records, and other required documentation.
• * Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
• * Troubleshoot operational issues and perform minor repairs to minimize downtime.
• * Maintain a clean and organized work area.

• Qualifications:**
• * High school diploma or equivalent.
• * Ability to perform basic mechanical troubleshooting and maintenance.
• * Must be able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• * Excellent observational skills and attention to detail.
• * Ability to lift heavy objects, climb stairs, and work in various weather conditions.
• * Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• * Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
