Job Description:

• •Shift: Saturday 630a-7pSunday 630a-7pMonday 1p-130a
• •Sign on bonus for Eligible candidates
• •Communicates effectively in writing and verbally with physicians, imaging personnel, students, and hospital staff to ensure continuity of care.
• •Performs IV starts and administers contrast as required.
• •Provides on-call coverage outside of standard hours as per department and facility policy.
• •Inputs charges and required data for procedures and supplies used during exams.
• •Completes necessary hospital and medical imaging paperwork for each exam performed.
• •Maintains technical operation of equipment, notifies service when necessary, and logs service calls or problems per department procedure.
• •Maintains a clean work area for employees and patients, ensuring quality checks and equipment maintenance documentation.
• •Performs imaging procedures while ensuring safety, adhering to radiation safety regulations to minimize exposure.
• •Produces quality images accurately and promptly.
• •Prepares patients for exams by providing information and instructions, and addressing their physical and emotional needs.
• •Assists and positions patients during exams, observing and documenting any unusual occurrences.
• •Performs other duties as assigned.

Pay Range:

• $31.86 - $59.27
