The Opportunity

As a Platform Support Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing secure IT systems that enhance business operations. Your focus will be on optimizing network, server, and data center performance to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency. Within our Internal Firm Services practice, you will bridge the gap between development, operations, and security, integrating industry-leading practices to deliver secure and efficient software solutions.

As a Manager, you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for project success and maintaining standards. Enhancing your leadership style, you motivate, develop, and inspire others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. With your growing knowledge of how business works, you play an important role in identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our Firm. You are expected to lead with integrity and authenticity, articulating our purpose and values in a meaningful way. You embrace technology and innovation to enhance your delivery and encourage others to do the same.

Responsibilities

• - Leading the design and implementation of secure IT systems to support business operations and minimize downtime
• - Managing the integration of development, operations, and security practices to validate secure and efficient software delivery
• - Overseeing the deployment and management of cloud infrastructure using tools like AWS CloudFormation and Azure DevOps Server
• - Coordinating continuous integration and deployment processes to enhance software development efficiency
• - Utilizing analytical thinking to identify system interactions and optimize performance
• - Mentoring team members to develop skills and improve performance in delivering client expectations
• - Collaborating with leadership to maintain quality, timelines, and deliverables in project execution
• - Addressing and resolving conflicts or issues with clients and team members, escalating when necessary
• - Implementing security infrastructure and managing security incidents to protect organizational assets
• - Encouraging innovation and embracing technology to enhance service delivery and team development

What You Must Have

• - At least a Bachelor's degree
• - At least 5 years of experience

What Sets You Apart

• - Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Analytics/Data Science, Artificial Intelligence/Robotics, Business Administration/Management, Computer Science/Information Systems, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics/Statistics
• - Demonstrating proficiency in cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform
• - Utilizing tools such as Jenkins, GitHub, and GitLab for DevOps processes
• - Implementing Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) solutions effectively
• - Managing security operations with platforms like Palo Alto Networks and CrowdStrike
• - Excelling in continuous integration and deployment methodologies
• - Leading teams in complex system analysis and project execution

Job Posting End Date

The salary range for this position is: $73,500 - $212,280. For residents of Washington state the salary range for this position is: $73,500 - $244,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
