• •In this client-facing role, you'll build and develop relationships with a broad range of Japanese financial institutions and institutional investors, working across a diverse suite of FX solutions including Digital FX, FX Prime Brokerage, eFX, Execution Algos and Flow FX products.
• •Working closely with colleagues across Tokyo, Singapore, London and New York, you'll play a key role in originating new business, deepening client relationships and delivering market-leading solutions to support our clients' evolving needs.

What you'll do

As an FX Sales professional, you'll be responsible for managing and developing client relationships while delivering market insights, trade ideas and execution solutions across our FX product offering.

You'll also:

• •Build and maintain relationships with key Japanese financial institutions, including banks, retail FX brokers, digital asset firms, private funds and asset managers
• •Identify new business opportunities and support the growth of existing client relationships across priority market segments
• •Partner with Trading, Strategy and Product teams to deliver relevant market insights and tailored client solutions
• •Support client execution across voice and electronic FX channels
• •Drive engagement with NatWest Markets' Digital FX, eFX and Execution Algo capabilities
• •Support FX Prime Brokerage clients through onboarding, servicing and business development activities
• •Analyse client activity and market trends to identify opportunities for deeper engagement and revenue growth
• •Contribute to strategic initiatives that support the continued expansion of the Japan FX business

The skills you'll need

To be successful in this role, you'll bring a strong understanding of FX markets and the ability to develop trusted relationships with institutional clients in a highly competitive and relationship-driven environment.

We'll consider applicants at either Associate or Vice President level, depending on experience and demonstrated capability. Experience covering Japanese financial institutions, FX brokers, digital asset firms or other institutional investor clients would be advantageous.

You'll also demonstrate:

• •Experience in FX Sales, eFX Sales, Execution Services or a related financial markets role
• •Strong knowledge of FX products, including Spot FX, Forwards, Swaps and electronic execution solutions
• •Proven ability to build client relationships and identify new business opportunities
• •Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• •Strong commercial awareness and a client-focused approach
• •The ability to work effectively across Sales, Trading, Product and Support functions
• •An understanding of the Japanese financial markets landscape and institutional client base
• •Fluency in both Japanese and English, spoken and written
• •A proactive, collaborative and resilient approach within a high-performing team environment
