Applied Underwriters is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented In-House Custodian to assist with custodial operations at our new 270,000-square-foot, state-of-the-art corporate headquarters, designed to support up to 2,000 employees. This individual will be assisting with implementing, and managing cleaning and sanitation processes that ensure a safe, healthy, and welcoming environment for employees and visitors.
The In-House Custodian is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and professional corporate office environment. This role ensures daily cleanliness of office spaces, restrooms, common areas, and conference rooms while supporting facility upkeep and presenting a positive image to employees, clients, and visitors.
