Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.- Responsible for team decisions.- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.- Lead the implementation of best practices to improve software development processes.- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.- Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft ASP.NET.- Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns.- Experience with web development technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.- Familiarity with database management systems and writing efficient queries.- Ability to work with version control systems and continuous integration tools.- Understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft ASP.NET.- This position is based at our KDC1A - SEZ location.- A 15 years full time education is required.
