  • Lead the establishment and enforcement of development standards to maintain code quality and system scalability.
  • Facilitate communication between cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives and project timelines.
  • Mentor and support junior team members to enhance their skills and professional growth.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize software delivery processes and technical practices.
  • Professional & Technical Skills:
  • Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Business Requirements Analysis.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret and translate business needs into technical specifications.
  • Experience in defining and maintaining software architecture principles and best practices.
  • Ability to lead technical discussions and decision-making processes across diverse teams.
  • Skilled in coordinating with stakeholders to ensure alignment between business goals and technical solutions.
  • Competence in managing software development lifecycles and ensuring adherence to quality standards.
  • Additional Information:
  • The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Business Requirements Analysis.
