About the role

MSS Security is seeking Permanent Part Time Customer Experience Officers to join our team at Brisbane Airport . In this role, you will assist passengers by providing directions and information while delivering a high standard of customer service in a busy airport environment.

Duties include but are not limited to:

Provide a warm, professional welcome to passengers and visitors throughout the terminal

Offer clear directions and guidance to passengers to help them navigate the terminal efficiently

Maintain a high standard of customer service

Enhance the passenger experience during peak periods by proactively guiding passengers and providing clear, helpful information to support smooth terminal flow.

Requirements:

Full Australian working rights

Ability to undergo and pass a national security police check

Ability to undergo and pass a medical assessment (including drug and alcohol testing)

Strong customer service skills with excellent verbal and written communication

Ability to stand for extended periods, up to 12 hours

24/7 availability required for a Part Time rotating roster (AM and PM)

Master licence – 41299
