- Lead sophisticated customer journey and marketing technology implementations for enterprise B2C and B2B clients.
- You’ll combine technical consulting, marketing automation, personalization, and customer experience expertise to turn business goals into scalable solutions.
- The role has a strong focus on Adobe Customer Journey technologies, including Adobe Journey Optimizer, Marketo, Campaign, and Target.
- You’ll work closely with strategy, data, design, Product, Engineering, sales, and engagement teams to deliver measurable customer outcomes.
- Your expertise will help clients improve personalization, experimentation, conversion, and lifecycle marketing performance.
- You’ll also contribute to reusable delivery frameworks, mentor colleagues, and provide technical leadership across complex engagements.
- This is a full-time remote consulting opportunity supporting enterprise clients across North America, with collaboration aligned to Central Time.
