The Customer Relations Associate is responsible for driving customer engagement, business adoption and long-term value creation for Payoneer’s customers.
This role combines customer success, account management, and sales execution, working closely with internal teams to deliver business growth while ensuring excellent customer experience.

What you will do
Revenue Growth & Account Development
Proactively manage and grow assigned accounts to achieve revenue targets
Identify upsell opportunities (e.g., HV product adoption, volume growth)
Client Engagement & Relationship Management
Maintain regular and structured engagement with covered MAs based on defined contact frequency
Build strong relationships to enhance client retention and satisfaction
Campaign Execution & Conversion
Drive participation in marketing and product campaigns
Follow up on leads and track conversion performance to meet campaign targets
Customer Experience Management
Monitor customer sentiment and ensure high CSAT performance
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve operational issues
Cross-functional Collaboration
Work closely with Marketing, and Operations teams to support client needs and initiatives
Provide feedback from clients to improve products and processes
Who you are:
Customer centric with problem solving mindset
Self-motivated to reach resolution, proactive and willing to take ownership
Great communication skills
Attention to details
Qualification requirement:
Bachelor’s degree or above and English CET-4
2+ years experience in sales, customer success, or account management
Strong understanding of sales planning, customer engagement, and pipeline management
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Strong analytical skills with sensitivity to market trends and customer needs
Good command of English and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
Experience in cross-border e-commerce, fintech, or payments industry is a plus
