Summary:

Analyzes condition monitoring data (S&middotO&middotS, inspections, electronic data, site conditions, equipment history) and provides relevant recommendations for the customer as indicated by the data.

• Responsibilities:
• •Analyze condition monitoring data (e.g., S&middotO&middotS, inspections, electronic data, site conditions, equipment history).
• •Provide equipment and/or operation recommendations to customer-facing Dealer representatives derived from condition monitoring data.
• •Build collaborative relationships with other condition monitoring personnel (e.g., S&middotO&middotS Interpreter) and customer-facing Dealer representatives.
• •Use software tools (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Access) to analyze condition monitoring data.
• •Provide information for condition monitoring lead tracking and resolution.
• •Prepare written reports and recommendations as required by the Dealership.
• •Communicate verbal recommendations as required by the Dealer.

• Preferred Skills:
• •Field/Troubleshooting experience (Service Engineer) in Machine, Automobile, and Construction Industries would be an added advantage.
