Job Details

Responsibilities:

Provide proactive and responsive support for assigned customer accounts.

Process customer orders, inquiries, and service requests through established channels.

Resolve standard issues related to order status, backorders, pricing adjustments, and shipment exceptions.

Coordinate with internal and external partners to address special orders, product availability, and fulfillment-related needs.

Maintain accurate customer, order, and open-issue records.

Escalate non-standard issues and recurring service gaps to the appropriate teams for timely resolution.

Education:

High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience required.

Work Experience:

• •2+ years of experience in customer service, customer support, order management, customer operations, sales support, or a related field required.

Skills and Knowledge:

Strong customer service and communication skills.

Ability to manage customer inquiries and orders accurately and efficiently.

Strong problem-solving and follow-up skills.

Ability to coordinate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.

Ability to identify and escalate non-standard or recurring customer service issues.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
