• About The Role:
• Join our Sydney - Smithfield office in a full-time permanent role and deliver outstanding customer service every day. In other companies this role may be referred to as a Parts Interpreter position, internally at APG it is referred to as the Customer Service Representative.

As a Customer Service Representative, You Will:

• •Provide excellent customer service by managing parts inquiries, requests, and quotes.
• •Handle phone services and ensure a professional customer experience.
• •Use APG systems to manage parts and inventory.
• •Address customer escalations and maintain order records.
• •Meet KPIs and focus on continuous improvement.

• About You:
• We are looking for someone who is:

• •Energetic Team player.
• •Passionate about customers and service.
• •Experienced in customer service, with strong relationship-building skills is highly desirable.
• •A self-starter with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
• •Reliable, punctual, and a confident communicator.
• •Prior experience with Parts check and(or) Repair Connection systems desirable
