About the Job

As a Customer Care Specialist within our Manufacturing & Supply team in Romania, you'll serve as the key interface between Sanofi Romania and its wholesale customers, ensuring service excellence, order accuracy, and supply continuity across the local market.

This is an excellent career entry opportunity for recent graduates and early-career professionals who are eager to build their expertise in the pharmaceutical industry. You will receive hands-on exposure to customer care, supply chain operations, logistics, quality processes, and commercial collaboration, while working alongside experienced colleagues in a highly regulated healthcare environment.

You'll coordinate the timely supply of products from the local Distribution Centre, manage end-to-end order processes, and play a critical role in ensuring life-changing medicines reach Romanian patients.

About You

Experience

• •Recent graduate with a Bachelor's degree, or up to 1-2 years of experience in customer service, order management, supply chain operations, logistics, or related fields
• •Internship, trainee, or first professional experience in customer-facing, operational, or administrative roles is considered an advantage
• •Strong motivation to build a long-term career within the pharmaceutical industry
• •Passion for learning, continuous improvement, and developing new skills in a dynamic environment

Languages:

• •Fluent Romanian
• •Advanced English

The salary range for this position is :lei105 600,00 - lei140 800 Final compensation will be determined based on demonstrated experience, skills, location, and other relevant factors. Employees may be eligible to participate in Company employee benefit programs.
