Customer Service Trainee with FRENCH - Early Careers Program

What You'll Do

• •Learn and develop career within Global Customer Operations in a dynamic international environment.
• •Support daily operational activities including Order Management, Invoice Management and Customer Service processes.
• •Process and monitor customer orders while ensuring accuracy and compliance with established procedures.
• •Manage and prioritize requests received through shared mailboxes and support timely resolution of customer inquiries.
• •Collaborate with experienced colleagues and subject matter experts who will support your learning journey and professional growth.
• •Gain hands-on experience with industry-leading systems such as SAP and Salesforce.
• •Participate in process improvement initiatives and contribute to operational excellence projects.
• •Develop expertise in a Shared Services environment and build a strong foundation for a future career in Customer Operations, Supply Chain, or Business Services.

What We're Looking For

• •Student or recent graduate interested in Customer Operations field.
• •Strong willingness to learn and develop in an international business environment.
• •Self-starter with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
• •Solution-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• •Strong customer focus and commitment to delivering a positive customer experience.
• •Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• •Proactive attitude and eagerness to take ownership of assigned tasks
• •Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
• •Good command of English (written and spoken) and French
• •Interest in working with business systems such as SAP and Salesforce.
