Customer Services Advisor
Hereford Hospital | Sales and Business Development | Permanent Contract | Full Time |
£25,038.00 per annum
37.5 hours per week
Making a great first impression is really important. That’s why we need the right person to join us and help greet our patients and visitors to the Hospital. What matters is that you have both the confidence and empathy to provide excellent customer care to all sorts of people.
As a Customer Services Advisor at our Hereford Hospital you’ll bring great communication skills, both face-to-face and over the phone. You’re flexible, motivated and you show plenty of initiative. You also have basic computer skills, including Word and Excel.
As a Customer Services Advisor, you will:
- To handle customer enquiries (both telephone and internet), supplying potential customers with information about the services offered at the hospital including providing procedure quotations & nurturing the patients pathway.
- To support the Hospital Bookings Teams to ensure that customer requirements/queries are effectively dealt with.
- To introduce new processes to improve customer advise and service, as required
- To support the definition, development, communication and implementation of business development and marketing plans and activities.
- To provide advice and guidance to other team members and the wider hospital
- To develop constructive relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
- To promote the Nuffield Health brand consistently across all stakeholders, supporting the implementation of national brand values and guidelines.
