Dealpath is looking for a self-motivated Customer Success Analyst to join our growing team in New York City!

If you're interested in starting a career in Customer Success, this is a great place to start it. You'll help institutional real estate firms get the most out of Dealpath by building the configurations that shape how they run their deals. Your work frees up our CSMs to spend their time with customers.

The Customer Success team is supportive and collaborative, and they'll be with you as your career grows. You'll build the experience to move into roles like Customer Success Manager, and you'll have a real path to get there at Dealpath.

You're excited about this opportunity because you will :

Build customer configurations from start to finish, picking up requests from CSMs in Asana and seeing each one through to a finished result

Jump in on platform questions and support requests so customers can keep moving on their deals

Develop deep product expertise and become the person customers and teammates turn to

Work with CSMs, Product, and Engineering to spot patterns, then turn them into automation and new features

A puzzle-solving streak: you like working out how to build something and breaking a big request into clear steps

A product mindset: you enjoy learning new software and getting good at it

Easy communication with technical and non-technical colleagues

Fresh ideas for serving customers and improving how the Customer Success team works

Resourcefulness and a willingness to try new approaches to challenging problems

Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree or higher

0 to 2 years of professional experience. Internship experience in commercial real estate, SaaS, customer success, AI, or data is preferred, especially in a customer facing role

Clear written and verbal communication, with the confidence to present to senior leaders

Empathy for customers and a passion for helping them

Demonstrated ability to work through ambiguity and solve problems

Attention to detail and accuracy

Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets

Nice to haves :

Familiarity with Zendesk, Asana, Salesforce, Jira, and SQL, plus hands-on experience using AI tools like Claude or ChatGPT to work faster and smarter

Interest in a long-term career in Customer Success

Prior internship experience supporting Customer Success or Go-to-Market teams

Non-Exempt: $85,000 Annually, with a 5k Bonus.

This position is also eligible for Dealpath's equity plan.

Your compensation will be based upon several factors including your experience, qualifications, education, location, and the skills assessed in Dealpath's interview process. Your actual compensation will be confirmed in writing at the time of offer.
