  • About the Role:
  • We are looking for fresh graduates to start their career in the finance sector. The role involves customer communication, document verification, payment follow-ups, and basic operations.
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle customer calls and queries.
  • Follow up for pending documents and payments.
  • Verify customer documents and update records.
  • Assist customers with basic issues and escalations.
  • Follow up with overdue customers for timely repayments.
  • Coordinate with internal teams when required.
  • Eligibility:
  • Fresh graduates from any stream.
  • Good communication skills in Hindi & English.
  • Additional regional languages are an advantage.
  • Basic computer knowledge and willingness to learn.
