What you'll do:

Provide fast, empathetic, and helpful responses to customer inquiries through channels like email and live chat.

Support customers by explaining core features and helping them get the most out of our platform.

Collect valuable feedback during interactions and share insights to help improve our products and services.

Maintain a positive, service-oriented approach to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and engagement.

Learn and apply best practices for customer engagement while building your expertise in the platform.

What we're looking for:

Some experience or exposure to customer service, support, or any client-facing role (internships, part-time work, or volunteer experience all count!).

Good typing skills (or a commitment to enhance speed and accuracy).

Strong communication and active listening skills, with a passion for understanding and solving customer needs.

Patience, empathy, and professionalism when interacting with customers.

A growth mindset and a desire to quickly learn new systems, processes, and tools.

A knack for organization and time management, even in busy environments.

Fluency in English (spoken and written).

The salary range for this role is CAD 55,000 to CAD 60,000 per year.

This is a backfill within our team.
