What You’ll Do

Interact with customers across chat, email, and calls

Share best practices and recommendations

Troubleshoot, identify, and escalate reported bugs, register customer complains and requests.

Collaborate with Sales, Development, Marketing, and QA

Represent the “voice of the customer” inside the company

Contribute to process improvements and exceed KPIs

What You Bring

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

1–2 years in a customer-facing role (support, success, service)

Excellent English communication skills (written + spoken)

Customer-first mindset with strong active listening skills

General computer proficiency and SaaS product knowledge

Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure

Positive, team-oriented, and proactive attitude
