At Qualia, we've built the leading B2B real estate technology that transforms the home buying and selling experience into a simple, secure, and enjoyable process. Our SMB and Enterprise products bring together users from across the real estate ecosystem---homebuyers and sellers, lenders, title and escrow agents, and real estate agents---onto a single shared digital closing platform, providing greater clarity and transparency to real estate transactions. Today, through our business customers across the country, millions of consumers use Qualia to close on homes every year.
WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON
The Customer Training Specialist is responsible for delivering impactful learning experiences that set customers up for long-term success with Qualia. This role supports onboarding, customer success, and training enablement efforts across the customer journey — from live team training sessions and repeatable webinars to structured curriculum design and onsite, in-person engagements with enterprise customers. You'll also help launch a Train-the-Trainer program, empowering customer admins to train their teams internally for long-term scale.
This role blends strong presentation and facilitation skills with an ability to think proactively, build repeatable processes, collaborate across teams, and represent Qualia professionally in front of enterprise stakeholders. Expect regular travel (up to 50%) to lead full-day, onsite training at customer offices.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Deliver engaging, product-focused training sessions to customer teams during and after onboarding
Develop and maintain structured curriculum outlines tailored to various personas and training formats
Coordinate with Onboarding, Professional Services and Customer Success teams to align training content with client needs and implementation timelines
Design and deliver webinar-style trainings to address recurring customer questions in a scalable format
Design and deliver virtual classroom training tailored to various personas
Launch and manage a Train-the-Trainer certification program to enable power users to onboard others at their organization
Serve as a subject matter expert in Qualia’s product to confidently lead training across all customer tiers
Track training activity, attendance, and customer feedback to continuously improve delivery and content
YOUR BACKGROUND THAT LIKELY MAKES YOU A MATCH
3–6 years of experience in the title industry, including hands-on administration of a title production system — Qualia experience strongly preferred, though experience with another platform may be acceptable
Experience training or onboarding new employees or system users as part of a broader operational role (e.g., Title Operations Manager, System Administrator, or an experienced Escrow Officer who has led onboarding or training in addition to core escrow duties — escrow experience alone is likely not sufficient)
Working knowledge of title-company operations, with an understanding of how different roles and functions (escrow, title, closing, accounting) use a title production platform day-to-day
The professionalism, communication skill, critical thinking, and executive presence to lead full-day, onsite training sessions for enterprise customers
Proven ability to facilitate engaging live and virtual training sessions for diverse audiences
Willingness and ability to travel up to 50% of the time for onsite customer training, internal meetings, and business needs
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with comfort leading both small and large groups
Passion for helping others learn and succeed through clear instruction, empathy, and continuous improvement
While this role is based in Austin, Texas, we're open to exploring remote possibilities for qualified candidates. We have other physical office locations in San Francisco, California, and Concord, New Hampshire.
