Extreme Networks, a leader in enterprise cloud networking, is seeking an experienced CXO Program Manager to join our growing Brand team.

In this role, you'll create and deliver world-class experiences for CIOs, CTOs, CISOs, and other senior technology leaders through invitation-only events, executive communications, digital engagement, and community-building initiatives. Working cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, Product, and executive leadership, you'll strengthen customer relationships, elevate the Extreme brand, and drive strategic business growth.

Responsibilities

Executive Event Strategy & Execution

Assist in the planning, logistics, execution, and measurement of invitation-only CXO events, including executive summits, roundtables and industry experiences.

Coordinate executive participation, project timelines, vendors, budgets, resources, and deliverables to ensure flawless execution.

Design exceptional attendee journeys that create meaningful networking opportunities and reinforce the Extreme brand.

Partner with internal stakeholders to continually innovate and elevate the executive event experience.

Executive Community Development

Help transform the CXO Program into a year-round executive community that extends well beyond live events.

Develop and manage ongoing engagement initiatives including:

Executive virtual forums and peer discussions

Quarterly executive newsletters and community communications

Thought leadership content and exclusive member resources

Community engagement campaigns

Identify new opportunities to foster meaningful connections between technology leaders and strengthen customer loyalty.

Digital Program & Content Management

Support the development and ongoing management of the CXO Program presence on ExtremeNetworks.com as a destination for executive content, event information, thought leadership, and community engagement.

Identify content needs and coordinate development of executive messaging, event communications, social media, campaigns, videos, and post-event content.

Collaborate with content strategy, digital marketing, and creative teams to ensure a consistent executive brand experience across all channels.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Collaborate with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to define program objectives, priorities, and success metrics.

Partner with Sales and Marketing to identify executive audiences and deliver best-in-class experiences.

Facilitate communication across departments to ensure alignment on strategy, messaging, and execution.

Global Program Expansion

Support the growth of the CXO Program into additional global regions.

Partner with regional marketing teams to localize executive programming while maintaining a consistent global experience.

Document repeatable frameworks, playbooks, and operational processes to enable successful expansion across international markets.

Performance Measurement & Reporting

Establish KPIs and reporting mechanisms to measure executive engagement, event success, community growth, customer satisfaction, and business impact.

Analyze program performance to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for optimization.

Prepare executive presentations and regular program updates for senior leadership.

Skills & Experience

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Hospitality, or related field.

3–5 years of experience in executive programs, event marketing, customer marketing, field marketing, or strategic events.

Proven experience managing high-touch executive events and VIP experiences.

Strong project management and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.

Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate confidently with executive audiences.

Experience managing multiple complex projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Comfortable collaborating across executive leadership, sales, marketing, and customer-facing teams.

Willingness to travel for event execution.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience supporting executive engagement or customer advisory board programs.

Experience building customer communities or membership-based programs.

Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms such as Salesforce, Tableau, or similar tools.

Experience working with global or international marketing teams.

Compensation: This role has a market-competitive salary with an anticipated base compensation range of 85,000-110,000 USD. The posted range reflects the amount Extreme Networks reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this role upon hire. This range is set using objective, gender-neutral criteria based on skills, experience, responsibility, and working conditions. Actual compensation offered will depend on the selected candidate's experience, qualifications, skills, and work location.
