Cybersecurity (IAM Specialist)

You’ll be focused in

Taking ownership of a globally deployed IAM system and maintaining its standards.

Reviewing and continuously improving IAM standards and guidelines.

Defining and executing the IAM roadmap in alignment with business and security needs.

Managing and coordinating both the operations and development teams to ensure seamless delivery.

Reviewing and approving change requests, including thorough validation of test documentation.

Identifying, evaluating, and prioritizing IAM-related topics and projects.

Acting as the primary contact for audit-related inquiries, including financial and compliance audits.

In order to succeed, you'll need:

At least 5 years of experience managing IAM systems in a global enterprise environment.

Strong understanding of IAM principles, standards, and technologies.

Excellent leadership and coordination skills to manage cross-functional teams.

Ability to assess and prioritize technical and strategic initiatives effectively.

Familiarity with audit processes and requirements, particularly in regulated industries.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

A proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation.

The Cyber Defense Center ensures the protection of confidential data, integrity of systems, and availability of information assets for MAN Truck & Bus, our customers, and suppliers. The team is also responsible for safeguarding critical information across all business processes, ensuring the foundation of secure operations across MAN Truck & Bus products and services.
