• A creative communications professional who combines graphic design, content creation, and strategic communications skills to deliver engaging cybersecurity awareness campaigns that drive employee understanding, engagement, and secure behaviors.

Responsibilities

• •Write and edit clear, engaging copy for newsletters, articles, company-wide emails, security alerts, and presentations.
• •Design visually compelling assets—infographics, posters, digital banners, and decks—using tools like Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, or Figma.
• •Create short-form multimedia content (explainer videos, motion graphics, and interactive learning elements) to increase engagement.
• •Publish and maintain content across enterprise channels, including SharePoint, Teams, Viva Engage, and internal portals.
• •Support major awareness initiatives, signature events (such as Cybersecurity Awareness Month), webinars, and gamified challenges.
• •Plan and deliver creative, multi-channel awareness campaigns that simplify complex cybersecurity topics and drive secure employee behaviors.
• •Partner with technical security teams to translate real-world threats into practical, actionable employee guidance.
• •Track campaign reach and engagement metrics to evaluate effectiveness and continuously improve content.

Qualifications

• •Good graphic design skills (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Figma, Adobe Express, etc.)
• •Ability to turn technical topics into simple, engaging content
• •Experience with internal communications, PR, or awareness campaigns
• •Strong visual storytelling and branding awareness
• •Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools (PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams, Viva Engage)
• •Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• •Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills
• •Creative mindset with attention to detail
• •Experience in cybersecurity awareness, training, or technical communications
• •Knowledge of communication best practices, storytelling techniques, and employee engagement principles.
• •Editorial mindset with strong attention to grammar, tone, consistency, and brand voice.
• •Strong written communication, with the ability to translate complex cybersecurity concepts into clear, engaging, and actionable messages.
