Dark Store Manager - Mumbai

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• •Manage end-to-end dark store operations including inventory, order processing, dispatch, and last-mile coordination.
• •Plan daily manpower requirements including pickers, packers, and delivery executives based on order volume and demand trends.
• •Ensure accurate picking, packing, and timely dispatch of orders to meet SLA and customer expectations.
• •Monitor inventory levels, stock inward/outward, RTO handling, stock aging, and shrinkage control.
• •Maintain high standards of store hygiene, safety, and operational compliance.
• •Track operational KPIs such as order fulfilment rate, dispatch TAT, inventory accuracy, and delivery success rate.
• •Coordinate with central teams, vendors, and delivery partners to resolve operational issues.
• •Handle on boarding, training, and performance monitoring of store staff and delivery executives.
• •Provide real-time support to ensure smooth order fulfillment and excellent customer experience.
• •Identify process gaps and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• •Minimum 3–5 years of experience in dark store, warehouse, retail operations, or logistics industry.
• •Strong understanding of dark store operations, inventory management, and last-mile delivery workflows .
• •Hands-on experience with RTO management, stock reconciliation, inventory aging, and dispatch planning .
• •Strong people management and problem-solving skills.
• •Knowledge of local geography of Patna and surrounding delivery clusters.
