Job Title: Commercial Data Analyst

Location: Bracknell, Berkshire

Job Type: Permanent, Full time 37.5 hours per week, minimum 3 days in office

Role Overview:

As a Commercial Analyst, you will help transform complex data into clear, actionable insights that support decision-making across the organization. You will engage with business teams to understand their challenges, provide thought leadership, and identify how advanced analytics solutions could be leveraged to drive improved commercial performance. As part of a growing analytics capability, you will have the opportunity to develop your technical skills, strengthen your business acumen, and contribute to meaningful, high-impact analytical projects.

What You'll Be Doing:

• •Engage with business teams to understand challenges, provide thought leadership, and identify how advanced analytics solutions could be leveraged.
• •Draw conclusions and make actionable recommendations based on analysis.
• •Help better leverage, utilize, and instill advanced analytics solutions throughout the organization.
• •Design and develop advanced analytics solutions, including analytical tools, dashboards, and models.
• •Ensure that advanced analytics solutions are practical and effective, and aligned with business needs.
• •Develop processes and tools to measure and monitor solution performance and value achievement.
• •Continually improve existing analytical based solutions.

What You'll Bring:

• •Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Mathematics, Econometrics, Statistics or related field.
• •Experience from internships, academic projects, or coursework involving data analysis or analytics.
• •Experience with database queries (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server) and at least one programming language (e.g. Python or R).
• •Knowledge of BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• •Ability to think strategically and identify critical success factors when developing solutions.
• •Strong communication, organization, and time management skills.
• •Ability to work effectively in a team oriented, high demand, and fast paced environment.
