Data Analyst ( Commercial Operations)

Take ownership of data, systems or digital solutions, working with business and technical stakeholders to improve better decisions and reliable operations. As Data Analyst ( Commercial Operations), you’ll combine hands-on delivery with the judgement to prioritise issues, solve problems and keep important work moving.

What you’ll be doing:

Supporting the following tasks.

development of Excel based tools used by the direct & wider CommEx team.

Work multi-functionally across WEU with commercial, functional, and local bids and tenders’ teams.

Collaborate with commercial and local bids and tenders’ teams to ensure accuracy and transparency.

Perform WEU distributor price claims, working with Commercial partners for approval.

Work closely with the Finance A2R team in Warsaw.

Provide local analytical support.

What you’ll bring:

Excellent analytical skills combined with outstanding technical skills.

Additional languages are acknowledged.

University degree, (Finance, Economics preferred).

Relevant practical experience or education aligned with the role.

A structured approach, strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.

Demonstrate good interpersonal skills & confidence in sharing outputs with key partners across WEU; both written and verbal.

Excellent communication skills and intercultural attitude with the ability to communicate optimally with individuals from a variety of groups.

At Baxter, we are committed to equitable pay for all employees, and we strive to be more transparent with our pay practices. The minimum salary for this position is 136 000,00 PLN annually. Your initial pay could be at the minimum or higher based on skills and expertise, experience, and other relevant factors, all of which are subject to change.
