Iron Mountain is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Data Entry Specialist ( Thai Language) to join our team.

What You'll Bring (Skills & Qualifications)

• •Language Skills: Proficiency in THAI language, native speaker
• •Ability to prioritize tasks effectively within a team and work under tight deadlines.
• •Capability to analyze complex problems and identify optimal solutions.
• •High level of rigor and precision in all tasks.

What You'll Do (Responsibilities)

• •Process, categorize, index, and validate customer information and digital documents according to defined work instructions and customer requirements.
• •Ensure the accuracy and completeness of manually entered and system-generated data and references.
• •Manage the daily flow of digital documents, ensuring the correct volumes are received and delivered within agreed timelines.
• •Monitor work progress, priorities, quality, and deadlines, promptly escalating discrepancies, technical issues, or potential delivery risks to the Team Leader/Manager.
• •Organize daily activities according to established schedules and priorities to support efficient and timely process completion.
• •Maintain agreed customer quality standards and identify and report exceptions or deviations from procedures.
• •Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve both individual and shared operational objectives.
• •Provide process support and guidance to colleagues during training when required and when sufficient process knowledge is available.
