Data Manager

Role Summary

Implements and manages the data strategy and roadmap priorities for Cross Asset Reference Data, with a focus on Equities and Derivatives. Works closely with internal and external stakeholders to manage the end-to-end delivery of reference data assets across products and platforms. Responsible for driving data quality, governance, coverage expansion, and strategic initiatives that support business objectives and evolving market requirements.

Role Responsibilities & Key Accountabilities

• •Implements and leads the data strategy and roadmap priorities for Equity and Derivative reference data.
• •Manages the end-to-end delivery of reference data assets, supporting business objectives and product requirements.
• •Leads requirements definition, prioritization, and execution for data enhancements and technical delivery.
• •Drives initiatives related to instrument master data, identifiers, symbology, listings, corporate actions, and exchange reference data.
• •Ensures strategic alignment of reference data programmes through effective governance and data management processes.
• •Partners with Product, Engineering, Content Operations, and Commercial teams to deliver roadmap commitments.
• •Supports regulatory, market structure, and exchange-driven changes impacting reference data.
• •Builds relationships with internal stakeholders, exchanges, contributors, and vendors to support business priorities.
• •Provides subject matter expertise and guidance across reference data domains.
• •Supports training, documentation, and knowledge sharing across the organization.

Qualifications & Experience

• •Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
• •Strong experience working with Equity and Derivative reference data.
• •Knowledge of security master data, identifiers, exchanges, listings, and corporate actions.
• •Experience managing strategic data initiatives across business and technology teams.
• •Strong stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
