• This role focuses on strengthening data quality, governance, and operational excellence across diverse content domains.
• You will establish consistent standards and frameworks that help ensure datasets are accurate, complete, consistent, timely, and fit for purpose.
• The position offers broad cross-functional exposure, partnering with Operations, Product, Engineering, and Quality teams.
• You will investigate complex data-quality issues, identify root causes, and turn insights into scalable and sustainable improvements.
• The role combines analytical problem-solving with governance, process optimization, documentation, and data stewardship.
• You will also help identify opportunities to use AI and automation to improve quality, increase efficiency, and reduce manual effort.
