What You'll Be Doing

• •Assist with inspecting, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing mobile and stationary equipment.
• •Perform routine preventive maintenance to help keep equipment operating safely and reliably.
• •Learn to diagnose mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment issues with guidance from experienced team members.
• •Use hand and power tools safely while following established maintenance and safety procedures.
• •Maintain accurate service records and help keep tools, equipment, and work areas clean and organized.

What Are We Looking For

• •Strong mechanical aptitude with an interest in developing maintenance and repair skills.
• •Ability to learn equipment systems, troubleshooting methods, and preventive maintenance practices.
• •Commitment to working safely and following established procedures and policies.
• •Ability to effectively use basic hand and power tools and follow technical instructions.
• •Dependable team player with effective communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Conditions of Employment

• •Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.
• •Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.

Work Environment

Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
