Our Deals Advisory Practice helps businesses realise the potential of their mergers, acquisitions and divestitures, and capital markets with a global network of industry experts coupled with data-driven insights. As the largest in Singapore, we provide faster growth, stronger capabilities, a competitive edge across the entire deal continuum, from strategy formulation, deal origination, transaction support and finance raising, to post deal integration and exit.

We are hiring for a business planning senior consultant to support Deals, corporate finance team across both strategic & operation functions.

Business Planning & Strategic Initiatives

Support the development and execution of strategic initiatives across the Corporate Finance practice.

Monitor progress of key projects and provide timely reporting and insights to stakeholders.

Conduct market, pipeline, and business performance analysis to support decision-making.

Drive regional marketing and branding initiatives, showcasing deal successes and Corporate Finance capabilities.

Leverage digital and AI-enabled tools to enhance research, reporting, analytics, and operational efficiency.

Coordinate regional leadership meetings and annual team events, including agenda preparation, minutes, and action tracking.

Business Operations & Executive Support

  • Manage the Corporate Finance Partners, Managing Directors & Directors calendar, ensuring effective prioritisation of meetings, stakeholder engagements, and key business commitments.
  • Coordinate leadership schedules and support planning for regional business reviews, town halls, and strategic discussions.
  • Track key action items arising from leadership meetings and ensure timely follow-up with stakeholders.
  • Support budget tracking, business planning activities, and operational reporting for the SEA Corporate Finance practice.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes and enhance operational effectiveness across the practice.
  • Act as a central point of coordination for regional initiatives, facilitating collaboration across teams and markets.

Ideal Candidate

  • 5 to 8 years of experience in business planning, strategy, operations, project management, consulting, or a related role.
  • Experience in Corporate Finance, Deal Advisory, Banking, Consulting, or Professional Services is preferred.
  • Strong project and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to drive multiple initiatives and collaborate effectively across geographies.
  • Analytical and commercially minded, with the ability to translate business data into actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Experience supporting senior leadership, including business operations, meeting coordination, calendar management, and executive communications.
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with excellent communication skills and familiarity with digital and AI tools to drive productivity and operational efficiency.
