• This role provides critical operational and administrative support for a growing dedicated driver program serving time-sensitive and essential deliveries.
• You will help keep recruiting, onboarding, training, performance administration, and live order monitoring running smoothly across multiple stakeholders.
• The position combines coordination, documentation, reporting, scheduling, and process improvement in a fully remote environment.
• You will work closely with Talent Acquisition, training, and regional operations teams to keep candidates and drivers moving through key processes without delays.
• Strong attention to detail will be essential as you maintain records, track performance information, monitor shipment milestones, and handle sensitive personnel data.
• As the program expands, you will take on greater ownership, support new workflows, mentor other coordinators, and become an escalation point for complex cases.
