Description

MISSION

To deliver tire orders to local customers in a timely, accurate, and safe fashion.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

• •Drive delivery truck along local routes to deliver tire orders
• •Assure accurate loads and deliveries
• •Receive, unpack, check, and store tires
• •Fill requisitions and orders, preparing inventory for delivery
• •Assist with loading/unloading of orders
• •Safely operate forklifts, squeeze lifts, and order pickers
• •Maintain a clean warehouse
• •Maintain a clean delivery vehicle
• •Protect company assets
• •Embrace Purcell’s culture of safety and perform all jobs in a safe manner
• •Regular attendance in accordance with assigned schedule
• •Ability to perform physical requirements as listed in job description
• •Other essential and non-essential duties, as assigned by management

• •Identifying Objects, Actions, & Events – Identifying information by categorizing, estimating, recognizing differences or similarities, and detecting changes in circumstances or events.
• •Operating Vehicles, Mechanized Devices, or Equipment – Running, maneuvering, navigating, or driving vehicles or mechanized equipment such as forklifts, squeeze lifts, and order pickers.
• •Customer Service — Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
• •Handling and Moving Objects — Using hands and arms in handling, installing, positioning, and moving materials, and manipulating things.
