• Job Description:
• This job is responsible for planning and coordinating the execution of project/small program deliverables which requires the engagement of multiple teams. Key responsibilities include communicating work objectives, coordinating delivery, facilitating sync points across teams, providing end-to-end visibility into the health of the deliverables, and managing program risk and compliance to standards. Job expectations include ensuring delivery meets the client’s expectations in terms of the functionality, quality, timeline, and cost.

Position Summary:

Delivery Lead - FICC Micro Technology Team , supporting two Managing Directors across Global Credit, Mortgages, Munis and Canada Technology.

This is a dynamic role, that requires a strong candidate with the ability to quickly adjust actions and priorities as well as lead a broad range of people and organizational routines. Provide centralized project oversight of FICC Micro Technology’s development teams’ portfolio of initiative work.

Responsibilities:

Leads and coordinates routines to support delivery (for example, kick-offs, status reviews, stakeholder meetings, change controls, and tollgates, etc.)

Manages coordination of delivery and dependencies across multiple teams

Facilitates communication and collaboration across organizations to support the deliverable completion and timeline

Provides status updates for the deliverables to stakeholders and leadership pertaining to delivery, risks, issues, and schedule

Works with sponsors and stakeholders to ensure that execution is aligned with deliverable requirements

Supports resource planning for delivery and execution

Ensures adherence with Enterprise Change Management standards

Business Operations

Provide centralized project and operational oversight across FICC Micro Technology’s development teams’.

Ensure execution of business operations and compliance activities (SOC, AIM, training, CTA, etc.) with accuracy and timeliness.

Manage operational processes including travel approvals, contractor management, relocations, forecasting, and resource alignment.

Act as a central point of coordination for ad hoc initiatives, enterprise requests, and executive communications.

Manage responses to enterprise issues and business-wide communications.

Organizational Routines

Manage and facilitate core leadership and governance routines, including:

Weekly Senior Leadership Team (SLT) meetings

Monthly project reviews with senior management

Required Qualifications:

Strong verbal and written communication skills - must be able to:

Interact productively with team members across FICC Micro Technology in multiple locations and time zones

Engage with senior management / executive level management

Present data and messages clearly and concisely

Proven ability to learn and develop new skills in role

Strong control mind-set: have a superior business acumen, with the ability to question and probe data and processes

Intermediate/Expert MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint, to track and manage many different types of efforts and data

Pay and benefits information

Pay range

$78,200.00 - $157,800.00 annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set.

Discretionary incentive eligible

This role is eligible to participate in the annual discretionary plan. Employees are eligible for an annual discretionary award based on their overall individual performance results and behaviors, the performance and contributions of their line of business and/or group; and the overall success of the Company.
