About The Team

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• •Support the supervisor in managing daily operations of the delivery station.
• •Lead and guide a team of associates, sorters, or drivers during your shift.
• •Allocate tasks, monitor progress, and ensure timely dispatch of deliveries.
• •Assist with team briefings and ensure all staff follow safety and quality standards.
• •Identify and report issues affecting performance or service quality.
• •Maintain a clean, safe, and organized working environment.
• •Train new team members on basic station processes and best practices.
• •Communicate with other teams (transport, customer service) as needed.

What We’re Looking For

• •2+ years of experience in logistics, delivery, or warehouse environments.
• •Hands-on, reliable, and willing to take responsibility.
• •Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• •Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physical environment.
• •Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends if required.
• •Basic computer skills and ability to use handheld scanners.
