Demand & Supply Planner with French

We are currently searching for a Demand & Supply Planner who will work closely with internal development/manufacturing teams and suppliers, to transfer products to manufacturing. Improve and stabilize existing manufacturing processes, to insure capacity and quality.

What will you be doing?

• •Managing, analyzing, and consolidating sales forecasts to ensure accuracy and alignment with business objectives.
• •Analyzing forecasts and proposing production guidelines based on market demand and company capacity.
• •Loading sales figures into the ERP system and other dedicated tools for efficient data tracking and reporting.
• •Managing and reviewing subcontractors' production planning to ensure timely distribution of production schedules.
• •Monitoring production progress against schedules to identify any deviations or delays.
• •Planning and executing direct purchasing for both production and R&D needs to maintain optimal inventory levels.
• •Participating in price and volume negotiations with suppliers to secure favorable terms.
• •Supporting the back-office team in reviewing and validating invoices to ensure accuracy and compliance with agreements.

What will you need to be succesful?

• •Engineering degree (BSc/MSc) in supply chain, production or manufacturing related field (HES/EPF or equivalent) / experiences considered as equivalent.
• •Applied technical understanding of manufacturing needs; processes specific to medical device manufacturing preferred
• •Experience with supply chain, production system and manufacturing processes of advantage
• •Experience with medical QMS, ISO13485 of advantage
• •Fluency in French and English mandatory, German is a plus
