• Dental Assistant I (Sea Mar Community Health Centers)
• Sea Mar is seeking a skilled Dental Assistant to support dental providers and deliver quality
• patient care. This role includes chairside assistance, patient education, infection control, and
• supporting clinic operations.
• Key Responsibilities
•  Provide chairside assistance using four-handed dentistry across multiple procedures
•  Escort and greet patients; ensure patient comfort and confidentiality
•  Assist with patient charting, vitals, and dental documentation in Dentrix/Allscripts
•  Maintain sterilization and infection control standards
•  Support scheduling, inventory, supply ordering, and quality improvement activities
•  Train new staff and assist with competency testing and ongoing education
• Qualifications
•  Completion of a formal Dental Assistant program or 1+ year experience
•  Washington State DOH Dental Assistant Registration required
•  BLS CPR required within 90 days of hire
•  Strong infection control and patient communication skills
•  Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
