Compensation:

• •Non-exempt/Hourly
• •The standard wage range for this role is $26.31 to $30.91 per hour.
• •It may be possible to earn more over time up to $35.55 per hour.

Work Schedule:

• •Full time, 40 hours per week
• •5, 8-hour days Mon-Fri
• •8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

Job Summary

As a Dental Patient Scheduling Coordinator, you would be responsible for keeping dental schedules current and correct and maximizing clinic templates. You would also keep patients informed of dental appointment details.

Requirements

• •Requires one year of experience in customer service, utilizing data entry skills, preferably in a medical or dental office setting.
• •Proficiency with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) and Electronic Dental Record (EDR) preferred.
• •Some dental office experience a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

• •One year call center or reception experience.
• •Some dental office experience a plus.
• •Experience with underserved populations and cultural competency is ideal.
