Deputy Manager

• The Deputy Manager in the Customer Service department of IN - NOVATEUR ELECTRICAL & DIGITAL SYSTEMS PRIVATE LIMITED (NEDS) will be responsible for managing service revenue streams, ensuring accurate billing, and achieving collection targets. This role requires close collaboration with engineering, sales, and finance teams to align revenue objectives with the company’s budget and strategic goals.

Responsibilities

• •Develop and monitor service revenue targets for AMC, Battery, Retrofit, PCB and Buyback lines.
• •Prepare and manage budget allocations and forecasts for service revenue.
• •Oversee billing processes ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• •Lead collection activities to achieve defined cash flow objectives.
• •Coordinate with engineering, sales and finance teams to resolve revenue discrepancies.
• •Analyse revenue performance and generate periodic reports for senior management.
• •Implement process improvements to enhance billing efficiency and reduce DSO.
• •Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• •Mentor and supervise junior staff within the Customer Service team.
• •Participate in customer negotiations and contract renewals related to service agreements.

Qualifications

• •Diploma, Engineering degree or equivalent.
• •3–5 years of experience in service revenue management, billing or collections.
• •Strong understanding of AMC, battery, retrofit, PCB and buyback business models.
• •Proficiency in ERP/CRM systems and MS Excel.
• •Excellent analytical and financial reporting skills.
• •Ability to work cross‑functionally and influence stakeholders.
• •Good communication and negotiation abilities.
• •Knowledge of Indian tax and compliance regulations related to services.
• •Leadership potential and team‑management experience.
• •High level of integrity and attention to detail.
