About the Role

Re-Bath is seeking a driven and customer-focused Design Consultant to join our Atlanta team. This is a high-impact, in-home sales role where you'll guide homeowners through the remodeling process, from design to close, using our proven system, premium products, and company-provided leads.

Responsibilities

Meet with homeowners in their homes to assess needs and present customized bathroom remodeling solutions.

Guide customers through the full design process, including product selection and layout recommendations.

Build trust and deliver a consultative sales experience from initial meeting through close.

Create accurate project pricing and proposals using company tools and systems.

Close sales on the spot using a proven in-home sales process.

Manage your pipeline and follow up with prospects as needed.

Collaborate with operations and installation teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Qualifications

Proven success in sales (in-home sales experience strongly preferred).

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to build rapport quickly and earn customer trust.

Comfortable closing sales in a one-call-close environment.

Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects.

Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM and design/pricing tools.

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Must be at least 18 years of age.

Ability to pass a 50-state background check and drug screen.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in home improvement, remodeling, or construction sales.

Previous experience in in-home consultation or design-based sales roles.

Success working in commission-based sales environments.
