Experience learning from user feedback and iterating on what you have built.
Strong product and interaction design judgment, especially for complex tools or data-rich workflows.
Comfort working closely with engineers and researchers on product development.
Experience designing developer tools, data-rich products, or research software is a strong plus.
Familiarity with AI agents, model evaluations, reinforcement learning, or training data pipelines is a plus.
Experience creating reusable interface patterns as a product grows.
Proven ability to work independently in an early-stage company environment.
