Type: 1099 Contractor
Location: Candidates MUST reside and be licensed in the state of North Dakota to be considered.
Scope of Work:
Provide oversight and guidance to licensed sales agents, focusing on regulatory compliance and NAR best practices.
Implement risk management plans and update state-specific policy addendums in collaboration with brokerage operations.
Define and deliver exceptional brokerage support to agents, ensuring compliance with state licensing requirements, board/association memberships, MLS participation, and brokerage policies.
Provide training to enhance agents' knowledge of contracts, risk management, licensing, and state real estate law.
Collaborate cross-functionally with department leads, including brokerage operations, transactions, finance, and support to ensure alignment on compliance, process, and agent experience.
Promptly respond to agents' requests for assistance and problem-solving related to complex transaction issues.
Contribute to the creation and continuous improvement of company-wide and state-specific brokerage operations manuals.
Monitor state regulatory updates and industry changes, proactively identifying risks and recommending operational or policy enhancements.
Drive innovation and operational efficiency in brokerage operations to support a growing agent base.
Utilize remote digital technology to streamline communication and collaboration.
Manage a high volume of agents in a fast-paced, high-growth brokerage environment, ensuring compliance and operational support.
