Developer II

Role Overview

We are looking for a Software Engineer with 3-5 years of experience to join our product development team. You will work across the software development lifecycle to build, enhance, and support scalable applications and product features. This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys solving problems, writing clean code, and collaborating closely with product, engineering, and business teams.

Key Responsibilities

• •Design, develop, test, and maintain software features and product components using modern development practices.
• •Translate product requirements into technical solutions that are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with delivery goals.
• •Build and support application components, integrations, and APIs using C# , .NET , ASP.NET , and Web APIs .
• •Work with SQL Server and data models to support application functionality and data integrity.
• •Partner with product managers, analysts, QA, and other engineers to clarify requirements, validate solutions, and improve delivery outcomes.
• •Participate in code reviews, unit testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to improve quality and performance.
• •Contribute to deployment activities, release support, and issue resolution across development environments.
• •Document technical designs, decisions, and support details clearly and consistently.
• •Identify opportunities to improve product reliability, development standards, and engineering processes.

Qualifications

• •Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• •3-5 years of experience in software development or product development engineering.
• •Strong proficiency in C# , .NET , ASP.NET , and Web APIs .
• •Experience with SQL Server and database design concepts.
• •Familiarity with Agile methodologies and the SDLC .
• •Ability to analyze requirements and convert them into practical technical solutions.
• •Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.

Nice to Have

• •Experience with Azure DevOps and CI/CD practices.
• •Exposure to REST APIs , Microsoft 365 , or Power Platform tools.
• •Experience supporting product enhancements in a fast-paced engineering environment.
