We are hiring a DevOps Engineer to work on a pivotal Federal program that is making a positive impact on millions of Americans' daily lives.

What you'll be doing:

Build, maintain, and document CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions

Provision and manage infrastructure as code using CloudFormation and Terraform

Manage and optimize AWS environments including ECS, S3, Lambda , and RDS

Support and maintain Docker containers and debug containerized workloads

Help define and build a modern data science and development environment using tools like SageMaker, DataZone , and Athena

Support Linux-based systems and contribute to DevOps best practices across the team

What you’ll bring:

Hands-on experience with GitHub Actions and CI/CD pipeline engineering

Proficiency with infrastructure as code tools including CloudFormation and Terraform

Strong AWS experience across core services including ECS , S3 , Lambda , and RDS

Experience with Docker and containerized environments

Familiarity with data science platforms such as SageMaker , DataZone , or Athena

Thrives in a remote, collaborative Agile environment and genuinely enjoys working closely with a cross-functional team

Communicates clearly and openly, whether documenting infrastructure decisions or collaborating with engineers

Performs other related duties as assigned

Requirements:

Compensation:

At Oddball, it’s important each employee is compensated competitively and fairly. In alignment with state legal requirements. A range for the included position is listed below. Be advised, actual offer details are determined by job category, job location, and candidate skill level.

United States Wage Range: $125,000 – $155,000
