We’re hiring a Diesel Fleet Technician at our onsite facility in Haskell, TX, Oklahoma City OK, Dallas TX, Fort Worth TX, Baton Rouge LA, New Orleans LA , and we’re looking for someone who’s ready to grow with us, bring energy and drive to their work, and help us build the future of construction.

Salary range: $38.00/hr -$50.00/hr . Factors including past experience and location may affect final compensation rate. EquipmentShare will provide potential housing and per diem opportunities for out-of-town candidates.

Schedule : Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and offers overtime pay after working 40 hours. (This role is subject to on-call scheduling with additional compensation provided)

Primary Responsibilities

Perform repairs on malfunction or breakdown on trucks and trailers.

Preventative Maintenance.

Inspect, repair, maintain, and test trucks and trailers at maintenance intervals.

Maintain trucks and trailers to new state or DOT standards.

Maintain and repair brakes, braking systems, and all related chassis components.

Complete annual inspections.

Skills & Qualifications

Valid drivers license required

At least 2 years of diesel mechanic experience required

Welding experience required

Air Brake Certification required

DOT Inspector Certification preferred

Must have proper tools

Availability to work evening and weekend shifts
