Job Summary

Dietary workers perform a variety of duties relating to plating and assembly of patient trays. Sanitation of all areas and equipment, cleaning and sanitizing of all cooking utensils to include (but not limited to) pots, pans, serving utensils, steam kettles, refuse removal, dish washing, transportation and retrieval of food carts

Qualifications

• •High School Required
• •Experience in Customer Service Preferred
• •Knowledge and experience in food safety preferred.
• •English proficiency (must be able to speak, read and write effectively)
• •Knowledge of tray line conveyor belt, coffee machine, food carts, dish washing machine, pot washing machine pulper (where applicable) preferred.
