• Job Description:
• The Global Payments team is seeking a highly motivated product development manager to help launch new digital asset solutions.

This individual will translate strategic priorities and identified client use cases into tangible products and capabilities, working across business, technology, risk, legal and compliance to move solutions from concept through implementation.

The ideal candidate combines strong payments/financial services experience with product development skills and the ability to operate effectively in a rapidly evolving environment.

Key responsibilities include but not limited to:

- Lead the development of new digital asset projects and solutions from concept through launch and ongoing enhancements.

- Support cross-functional product development efforts across Technology, Operations, Risk, Legal, Compliance and other stakeholders.

- Partner with technology and external ecosystem participants to define solution architecture, integrations and implementation requirements.

- Develop detailed product requirements, business cases and implementation plans.

- Manage product development milestones, dependencies, risk and compliance deliverables.

- Ensure solutions are designed with scalability, client experience, operational readiness and commercialization in mind.

- Monitor developments in digital assets, payments and financial infrastructure and indetify implications for the product roadmap.

- Translate client needs, market opportunities and strategic priorities into product requirements, solution designs and development roadmaps.

Required Skills:

- 5+ years of experience in product management, product development, solution development or related roles within payments, banking, fintech or financial services.

- Strong understanding of payments, treasury services, financial infrastructure or fintech.

- Demonstrated experience developing and launching products or complex solutions.

- Strong ability to translate business requirements into actionable product requirements or roadmaps.

- Experience leading complex, cross-functional activities involving technology, risk, compliance and other business stakeholders.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving and strategic thinking skills.

- Ability to operate effectively in an ambiguous and rapidly evolving environment.

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Bachelor's Degree required.

Desired Skills:

-Experience with digital assets, blockchain, stablecoins, tokenization or emerging payments preferred.

Pay and benefits information

Pay range

$105,700.00 - $164,700.00 annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set.

Discretionary incentive eligible

This role is eligible to participate in the annual discretionary plan. Employees are eligible for an annual discretionary award based on their overall individual performance results and behaviors, the performance and contributions of their line of business and/or group; and the overall success of the Company.
