Digital Operations Leader - SAP Key User & Materials Management

As the site’s Local Process Digital Authority, you will lead the adoption and continuous improvement of digital systems and standardized processes across materials management, manufacturing, quality, and maintenance. You will bridge local factory operations with global digital standards, ensuring high-quality master data, capable end users, and sustainable process compliance. Working closely with site leadership, DPE Global Process Digital Authorities, and Master Data Governance, you will help turn digital solutions into measurable operational excellence.

We are looking for an experienced Digital Operations Leader - SAP Key User & Materials Management to help connect our manufacturing teams with the digital systems and processes they rely on every day.

Your impact

• •Lead the local adoption and continuous improvement of SAP, MES and related systems across materials management, manufacturing, quality and maintenance.
• •Act as the site’s key contact for digital processes, working with operational teams, site leadership and global process owners.
• •Ensure process and data readiness for system changes: validate and cleanse data, support testing and user acceptance, and help prepare go-lives.
• •Support the transition from multiple local applications to an integrated material-management system.
• •Build user capability through practical training, documentation and day-to-day functional support.
• •Identify opportunities to improve data quality, process compliance and operational efficiency while maintaining global standards.

What you bring

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Operations Management, Information Systems, Business, or a related discipline

• •Several years of experience in supply chain, materials management, manufacturing or production operations.
• •Proven experience as an SAP Key User in materials management and/or manufacturing processes.
• •Strong understanding of inventory, production execution, master data and manufacturing workflows.
• •Experience with user adoption, training, process improvement or digital transformation.
• •Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills, with a structured and hands-on approach.

Nice to have

• •Experience migrating or consolidating multiple applications into a large, integrated material-management system.
• •Experience with MES, quality or maintenance systems.
• •Experience in a complex industrial manufacturing or power-generation environment.
• •Knowledge of data migration, master-data governance, Lean or Six Sigma.
